We are seeking a dynamic, high-performing Branch Manager to lead one of our largest and most productive real estate offices in the Pennsylvania region.

Requirements

• Active Broker License in PA (Required)
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate management or broker leadership
• Proven track record of agent recruiting, coaching, and production growth
• Strong working knowledge of PA real estate market
• Experienced in training delivery, business planning, and performance coaching
• Highly responsive, collaborative, and supportive leadership style
• Strategic thinker with a focus on execution, accountability, and innovation
