Job Description
Long View is looking for a People Services Manager to manage the people services and recruiting functions for the Edmonton branch. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of HR management experience and be passionate about supporting people and culture.
Requirements
- 3+ years' HR Management experience
- Experience developing and presenting training programs and info sessions
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and organizational / time management skills
- Self-motivated problem solver with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Post-secondary education and Professional Human Resources designation
