Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience in large scale enterprise projects within IT Service Management to lead ServiceNow platform implementations and enhancements. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships and lead complex IT projects.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a Program and/or Project Manager position
- 3+ years managing ServiceNow implementations
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps
- ServiceNow client-facing engagement and project delivery experience
- PMP Certification
