Human Resources Assistant

We are seeking a candidate with a strong positive attitude toward customer service to act as a Human Resource Assistant. The HR Assistant is responsible for the administration of the day-to-day operations in the area of recruiting and onboarding.

Requirements

• Assists in supporting the HR staff in the daily functions of the department
• Ensures timely new hire processing and report preparation
• Handles departmental filing and preparation of new employee packets
• Conducts recruitment for all exempt, non-exempt and temporary staff
• Maintains all applications on file and personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements
