Job Description
We are looking for a Bakery Assistant Department Manager who is passionate about food and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team environment! This is a leadership role where you will assist the Bakery Manager to ensure that the department is prepared for daily operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a bakery department with a solid understanding of product knowledge
- Ability to decorate cakes and pastries
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with Team Members and Customers
