Analytical Development Technician

As a Technician within the Analytical Development team, you support the development and execution of analytical methods used in mRNA and LNP process development. You work closely with cross-functional teams and play an important role in generating reliable analytical data to support development and manufacturing activities.

Requirements

• MBO, HBO or Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
• Strong hands-on laboratory skills, including pipetting and routine lab techniques.
• Experience with analytical methods such as liquid chromatography (e.g. HPLC) and immunoassays such as ELISA is preferred.
• Interest or experience in RNA or LNP analytics is considered a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform structured routine laboratory work.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to document work clearly in English.
