Job Description
Associate Director, Program Management EMEA provides strategic and operational leadership for the Program Management function at the site, ensuring the flawless delivery of customer programs in alignment with Lonza Capsugelâs DFS strategy.
Requirements
- BSc or Master in Business, Nutrition, Lifesciences or related field
- Experience in Customer Service, Project/Program Management, preferably nutraceuticals CMO, food supplement
- Leadership experience
- Change Management or transformation experience in a matrix environment
- English and French fluent
