Engineer-Information Technology

Lonza is a global leader in life sciences operating across three continents. We are looking for an IT Engineer to join our Information Technology team, ensuring reliable and consistent IT/OT and automation services at the site. This role plays a critical role in enabling business continuity and compliance.

Requirements

• Technical degree background (B.E/B.Tech) preferred
• 5–10 years of experience in IT/OT infrastructure management, automation, and robotics
• Proficiency in English (Business Fluent); Hindi is a plus
• Strong customer service ethic and ability to prioritize and resolve issues quickly
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of IT architecture, IT security, and disaster recovery planning
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and audit processes
