Job Description
As Finance Manager for Lonza Japan, you will play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial support for the business. This is a high-impact role with both local responsibility and global collaboration across APAC and global finance teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Professional certification such as CPA (Japan or international) preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience in both domestic and international environments.
- Fluency in English and Japanese (reading, writing, speaking).
- Ability to build effective partnerships across departments and work closely with regional and global finance teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
