Job Description
The Global MSAT Senior Scientist/Engineer Lead is responsible for technical oversight of international tech transfers and working cross-functionally with R&D and PD to implement new process technologies. The role requires a strong background in manufacturing science and technology, with experience in bioprocessing and technology transfers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Science, Biochemical Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
- Substantial experience with bioprocessing and technology transfers
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external customers
- Demonstrated resilience and can-do attitude
