Job Description
The Logistics Operations Lead BioLOG is responsible for the daily management and monitoring of operational processes at the BioLOG logistics center in compliance with all GMP and GDP requirements. He ensures the smooth, safe, and quality-compliant handling of all logistics processes from goods receipt to storage and picking to shipping.
Requirements
- European Logistics Degree (nice to have)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a multinational pharmaceutical environment
- LBMS Green Belt certification
- Strong project and program management skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders
- Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., BI solutions)
- Ability to thrive in a matrix organization
- Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken
