Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Life Sciences, Biotechnology).
• Recognized expert in qualification and validation of biopharma facilities.
• Deep understanding of bioprocesses, GMP requirements, and biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Extensive experience in the start‐up of new biopharma production facilities.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to guide and develop high‐performing teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at senior internal and external levels; strong business acumen and team orientation.
• Structured, proactive, and solution‐oriented working style.
