Job Description
As a Plant Engineer for Process Equipment, you will be part of the Engineering Team and play a key role in ensuring the technical availability, reliability, and optimization of assigned equipment and systems.
Requirements
- Academical degree in engineering or comparable in economics with a technical focus (HF, FH, Dipl. Ing. / M. Sc. / B. Sc.)
- Significant experience in Engineering or Operations within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of cGMP requirements; knowledge of EHS compliance preferred
- Experience in aseptic manufacturing and process equipment management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define KPIs and identify improvement opportunities
- Excellent English skills; German proficiency is an asset
