Job Description
Senior Process Associate – Production Support role in a GMP cleanroom manufacturing environment. Hands-on role with opportunities to act as a senior team member and point of contact on the floor, close collaboration with Manufacturing, QA and QC teams, and opportunities to develop towards lead or specialist roles within Lonza.
Requirements
- MBO, HBO or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical or related field
- Experience working in a GMP or cleanroom environment is preferred
- Experience in production support, manufacturing or logistics within pharma/biotech is a plus
- Ability to work independently and take ownership in daily operations
- Strong communication skills and ability to guide and support team members
