Job Description
The Team Lead Visual Inspection is responsible for personnel management and development of employees, daily tasks in production, and exchange meetings with other team leaders. The role involves training, coaching, performance reviews, and further development of employees, as well as setting up the team and system.
Requirements
- Past experience as a shift team leader in production
- Completed chemical / biopharmaceutical education (CPT) or corresponding training qualification, Bachelor / Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Biochemical Engineering or related disciplines
- Structured, focused and organized way of working, assertive and motivated, working independently, flexible and resilient
- High attitude for Safety, Quality, Solution focus and Cooperation
- Knowledge of Visual Inspection's process
- Coordination of resources and workflows
- Fluency in English (written and oral) and German would be an advantage
