Job Description
We are looking for a committed team leader for our mechanical workshop at the Visp location. The role involves professional and personnel leadership, production planning, and coordination of shift work. The ideal candidate has a technical education, several years of experience in mechanics and CNC production, and leadership experience. German language skills are required, and English is an advantage.
Requirements
- Completed education as a Polymechanic EFZ or an equivalent technical education
- Several years of experience in the field of mechanics and CNC production
- Leadership experience and a higher technical certificate are an advantage
- Willingness to continue learning
- Enjoyment of inter-departmental work as well as independent and flexible work in the team
- Reliability, resilience, and entrepreneurial thinking as well as open and direct communication
- German language skills in writing and speaking, English language skills are an advantage
