Requirements

• Hands-on experience maintaining facility or building systems in an industrial or commercial setting
• Basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and pump repair skills
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and refrigerant handling practices
• Ability to follow safety procedures, permits, and documentation requirements
• Willingness to work a 40-hour week, including weekends or holidays and working plant shutdowns when needed
• Team-oriented approach and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance on site as an essential function of the role
