Job Description
The Loomex Group is seeking a highly motivated Airport Operations Specialist to support certified airport operations at the Renald Y. Beaulieu Greenstone Regional Airport and R. Elmer Ruddick Nakina Airport, with occasional deployment to other Transport Canada-certified airports.
Requirements
- Conduct daily inspections of runways, taxiways, and aprons
- Operate and maintain airfield maintenance equipment
- Perform runway snow removal, surface condition monitoring, and emergency response duties
- Conduct aircraft fuelling and support below-wing services
- Participate in Safety Management System initiatives and regulatory audits
- Provide Aerodrome Advisory Services and escort services airside as required
- Ensure compliance with NOTAM issuance procedures and assist in the implementation of airport security protocols
