Loomis Sayles is a performance-driven active asset management company seeking an Investment Associate to support their Specialty Growth investment team. The role involves providing analytical support, managing reporting, and developing data analysis skills.

Requirements

• Deep interest in stock investing
• New or recent college graduate with a Finance, Computer Science, or Economics degree
• Familiarity with job-related systems including Bloomberg, Factset, etc.
• Advanced Excel skills (macros, charts, pivot tables)
• Investment related experience preferred but not required
• Superior organizational skills and detail oriented
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Positive approach to assignments
• Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
