Requirements

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed
• Communicate verbally and in writing with various management on store operations in a quick timeline
• Ability to read, understand, and write in the English language
• Perform basic math including proper calculation of change
• Have the ability to validate identification prior to selling tobacco and/or alcohol
• Can lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to climb ladders as needed
• Ability to remain calm and respond to emergencies according to policies and procedures defined by company guidelines
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products
• Ability to work in various temperature environments

Benefits

• 0.10 cents off a gallon of fuel for 6 months to 3 years of service
• 0.30 cents off a gallon of fuel for 3 to 5 years of service
• 0.40 cents off a gallon of fuel for 5+ years of service
• Maximum 20 gallons and 2 fill-ups per week
