You'll spark conversations around products people use every day, turning moments like mealtime inspiration, product launches, and cultural trends into meaningful, engaging interactions.
Requirements
- Engage Food Communities Daily: Respond to comments, messages, and conversations across social platforms, creating authentic interactions around food and product experiences.
- Drive Brand Appetite: Build and nurture engaged communities by turning everyday product moments into craveable, shareable content and conversations.
- Moderate with Brand Sensitivity: Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints with care, maintaining a tone that reflects each brand's identity and values, while working closely with the Customer Care team to ensure consistent, high-quality support and communication.
- Leverage Food, Beverage & Culture Trends: Stay on top of food trends, seasonal moments, and cultural conversations to keep content fresh, relevant, and engaging.
- Monitor Consumer Sentiment: Track feedback on products, campaigns, and brand perception, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
- Manage High-Volume Interaction: Oversee multiple channels and campaigns simultaneously, maintaining speed, accuracy, and consistency in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
- Communicate Clearly: You'll be communicating at a native level in German, English, or French.
