Requirements
- Develop Performance Strategies: Own end-to-end digital media strategies across paid channels, aligning with business goals and driving measurable growth
- Drive Campaign Excellence: Oversee setup, execution, and optimization of campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels
- Turn Data into Action: Analyze complex datasets, extract insights, and translate them into clear optimization strategies and client recommendations
- Elevate Reporting Standards: Build and refine advanced reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance forecasts for internal and client use
- Guide and Mentor Teams: Lead, support, and develop junior team members, fostering strong media expertise and a culture of continuous improvement
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with creative, strategy, and client teams to ensure cohesive, high-impact campaign delivery
