Job Description
Loop is an ecommerce software company seeking a GTM Enablement Manager to own how teams learn, position, sell, onboard, and expand Loop’s products. The role involves designing playbooks and operating rhythms, partnering with Revenue Leadership, Product Marketing, Sales, Success, and Product, and impacting win rates, contract values, and retention.
Requirements
- Proven experience in GTM enablement, sales enablement, revenue operations, or product marketing within a B2B SaaS company
- Proven experience implementing AI-enabled programs and content creation
- Proven experience supporting an organization selling a multi-product portfolio in domestic & international markets
- Multiple examples of building enablement programs that improved measurable GTM outcomes
- Experience partnering closely with Sales, Success, Marketing, and Product to convert product strategy into GTM execution
- Demonstrated ability to identify performance gaps, diagnose root causes, and design structured programs to solve them
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where priorities shift as the business scales
