We are seeking a technically proficient Revenue Operations Manager to support and scale the operational infrastructure of our Marketplace business unit. The ideal candidate has a strong foundational understanding of the exchange business and a passion for executing scalable, data-driven systems.
Requirements
- 4-7 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations, ideally with exposure to programmatic or marketplace advertising.
- Foundational understanding of how an exchange business works, including SSPs, DSPs, and auction dynamics.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (or comparable CRM), including basic admin capabilities and a clear understanding of how to manage data relationships and workflows in a complex environment.
- Expert-level Excel and Google Sheets, comfortable manipulating large datasets and building functional models to track partner performance.
- Comfortable working across teams to troubleshoot system issues, drive process adoption, and translate technical requirements into language each team can act on.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail, especially during planning cycles and quarter-end.
