Requirements
- Previous experience in sales support, account management, or sales operations preferred
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable working with eCommerce platforms and CRM/account systems
