The Event Manager is responsible for organizing and coordinating events at BMO Stadium, including soccer matches, concerts, and private events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leading events and navigating a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College/ University
- Previous experience managing part-time and/or full-time staff
- Running knowledge of Major League Soccer, stadium related requirements, and other competition elements
- Experience reading contracts and executing terms listed within
- Detail-oriented, driven self-motivator with a strong work ethic
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information
- Possess a positive and optimistic attitude to lead and inspire other departments
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently in English
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs - Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook
