The Coordinator, Expanded Learning Programs, Operations provides operational support to Beyond the Bell staff, school administrators, and community-based organizations. The role involves guiding and advising on Expanded Learning Programs, including school safety, emergency preparedness, student attendance, and compliance issues.
Requirements
- At least eight (8) years of successful, full-time public school service in a certificated position(s)
- A valid California Administrative Services Credential
- An earned master’s degree or advanced degree of at least equivalent standard conferred by a regionally-accredited college or university
- Completion of required Multicultural Education and Master Plan coursework*
- Strong leadership, team building, and performance management experience
- Demonstrated experience in operational matters including: School safety and site facilities, Knowledge of California Education Code and experience dealing with law enforcement personnel and related agencies in conjunction with District and school matters, Knowledge of employee misconduct policies and procedures, Knowledge of child abuse reporting and procedures, Knowledge of sexual harassment procedures
