Job Description
Loti AI is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives to operationalize and execute new growth initiatives. This role will drive cross-functional initiative launches, conduct strategic planning and scenario modeling, coordinate strategic partnerships and business development, build strategic visibility and tracking, and facilitate strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum 7–10+ years experience in management consulting, product operations, program management, or related operational leadership roles in high-growth tech environments
- Track record of building 0→1 operational programs and a clear point-of-view on how that transitions to 1→100
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills—able to align product, engineering, legal, security, and GTM teams
- Comfortable with data and analytics (SQL, dashboards, retention/revenue metrics) to inform decisions and track outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication—capable of distilling complexity for audiences at all levels internal & external
- Equally comfortable with high-level strategy and granular execution
