Requirements
- Develop operations plans for teams and execute them
- Lead and manage team members
- Prepare and update duty roster in Info-Tech HRMS Time Management System
- Coach and train Retail Associates on GLOB+ system usage
- Conduct daily briefings to team members
- Provide constructive criticism and help team members develop selling related skills
- Lead by example and excel in customer service, merchandise knowledge, selling skills, and cashiering
- Manage and improve SOP and procedures related to inventory management
- Able to multitask and keep customers happy and satisfied
- Excellent customer service and communications skills
- Good leadership skills to oversee and manage teams
- Commit to rotating shift hours, including public holidays and weekends
