Retail Supervisor Trainee

Responsible for developing operations plans, leading and managing teams, and providing coaching and training to Retail Associates.

Requirements

• Develop operations plans for teams and execute them
• Lead and manage team members
• Prepare and update duty roster in Info-Tech HRMS Time Management System
• Coach and train Retail Associates on GLOB+ system usage
• Conduct daily briefings to team members
• Provide constructive criticism and help team members develop selling related skills
• Lead by example and excel in customer service, merchandise knowledge, selling skills, and cashiering
• Manage and improve SOP and procedures related to inventory management
• Able to multitask and keep customers happy and satisfied
• Excellent customer service and communications skills
• Good leadership skills to oversee and manage teams
• Commit to rotating shift hours, including public holidays and weekends
