Assistant Ginner

The Louis Dreyfus Company is recruiting for a full-time Assistant Ginner position based at their Moree site in Australia. The role is responsible for the efficient, effective, and safe operation of the gin site, including gin operation and safety, maintenance, employee supervision, and work permits.

Requirements

• Mechanical experience or trade background
• Ability to identify/control weaknesses in process and implement best practices
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and challenge when required
• Good work ethic and team player
• Ability and willingness to interact effectively with all levels of employees and external stakeholders
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy
