Refining Supervisor 精炼主管

The Refining Supervisor is responsible for organizing, planning, and managing the production activities of the refining and wastewater plants. The supervisor is responsible for developing and reviewing safety operating procedures, training employees, controlling production process safety/operational safety/food safety risks, and ensuring product quality meets quality and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Develop and regularly update safety and food safety-related operating procedures
• Organize employee training and ensure training effectiveness
• Control personnel, equipment, and factory operation-related safety and food safety risks
• Participate in accident and non-accident investigations
• Implement action plans and monitor the execution of safety and food safety procedures
• Attend daily production meetings and understand production efficiency
• Ensure products meet company quality requirements and customer requirements
• Collaborate with the maintenance department to conduct equipment asset health assessments
• Regularly review spare parts inventory and conduct internal operation care activities
• Execute work order procedures and coordinate maintenance activities
• Set and regularly review refining workshop and wastewater plant employee performance targets and personal development goals
• Regularly communicate with employees and improve employee dedication and job operation skills
