Job Description
Orientation and Mobility Specialist provides clinical training and evaluation for visually impaired individuals, instructs clients to move confidently and safely, and coordinates group outings and quarterly training sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in rehabilitation science, kinesiology, or related field
- Certification in O&M instruction or willingness to obtain within a specified period
- Demonstrated track record in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communications, team-building, strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
