Assistant/Associate Professor (Consumer Horticulture Specialist)

The LSU AgCenter is seeking an Assistant or Associate Professor tenure-track position in the School of Plant, Environmental and Soil Sciences. The successful candidate will develop a nationally recognized extension, teaching, and research program in horticulture.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in horticulture or a closely related discipline
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Experience in media interviews or segments, popular press and magazine articles, and generation of extramural funding is desirable
