Assistant Director - Business Operations

The LSU Agricultural Center is seeking an Assistant Director - Business Operations to assist the Director with department financial and budgeting responsibility and oversee business operations. This position will be domiciled in the Office of Facilities Planning, Efferson Hall, Baton Rouge, LA. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Public Administration, or related field, plus 2 years related experience, or other degrees may be accepted if combined with a minimum of 3 years’ experience directly related to position duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Public Administration, or related field
• 2 years related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Working knowledge of current applicable state procurement law
• Excellent administrative, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
