Job Description
The Louisiana State University of Alexandria invites applicants for part-time adjunct instructor positions in the Biological Sciences. Adjunct instructors may be assigned to teach courses online, on campus, or both, depending on program needs. The ideal candidate will have a background in one or more of the following areas: biostatistics, cellular and molecular biology, ecology, organismal biology, animal physiology, human anatomy and physiology, wildlife biology, zoo science, conservation biology, or agriculture.
Requirements
- M.S., M.A., or Ph.D. in a subdiscipline of the biological sciences with at least 18 graduate hours in biology
- A minimum of two years of experience developing or instructing online courses is preferred
- ABD will be considered if the Ph.D. is completed by the time of hire
