Pennington Biomedical Research Center is seeking a Research Associate 2 or 3 in the Bioinformatics and Computational Biology Core. The position requires a high level of research dedication and skill by a quick learner who can make productive contributions to the exciting field of high-dimensional data science.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Bioinformatics, Statistics, Biostatistics, Computational Biology or Computer Science.
• Independent thinker with excellent communication skills.
• Familiar with handling and manipulation of large, multidimensional data sets and fluent in the use of the R statistical analysis software.
