Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing, building & scaling backend systems for production products
• Fluency in Go, Rust, or similar backend languages, plus strong API design skills
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, scalability, reliability, and performance tradeoffs
• Proven experience integrating with frontend and ML systems to deliver product features
• Strong product instincts: you know how to balance fast delivery with building for the long term
