Payroll Associate

Love, Bonito is seeking a Payroll Associate to join their Global Shared Service team. As a champion of the company's culture and values, the Payroll Associate will play an integral role in streamlining payroll operations processes globally, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with financial governance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant HR experience with a good grasp of HR operations and past payroll processing experience.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business or accounting preferred.
• Championing the payroll processing and understanding Philippine's payroll law is a must! Understanding Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore are a plus.
• Proven team player and have the ability to communicate effectively.
• Good understanding of Employment Act and other relevant employee government legislations as applicable to the workplace.
