Job Description
Love, Bonito is a leading womenswear brand in Southeast Asia looking for a Retail (Assistant) Store Manager to strengthen its workforce, culture, and future. The successful candidate will spearhead team management, retail performance, and operations, and lead a team of 50-60 people to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in fast fashion
- 3 years of experience in managing a retail team(s) - both front and back of house
- Extremely customer-centric and genuinely enjoys serving and getting to know customers better
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, able to motivate and lead the retail team
- Numerate and tech-savvy
- Good command of written and spoken English
