Senior Associate, Retail Training

Love, Bonito is a leading womenswear brand in Southeast Asia. We're looking for a Senior Associate, Retail Training to provide top-notch training and education for our retail team in the Philippines. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a deep knowledge of the retail field, and a passion for training and coaching.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the retail industry
• 1 year of experience in managing a retail team(s) would be advantageous
• Strong communication, presentation and public speaking skills
• Prior experience in preparing curating brand new training material and delivering conducting trainings is a must
