Love & Company, a national leader in senior living marketing, is seeking a Director of Integrated Media Strategy to lead and manage their growing media practice.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 7+ years of media strategy experience in an agency or similar environment
- Solid foundation in traditional media planning (including Spot TV, Spot Radio, Print and OOH) and post buy/performance analysis and recommendations
- Experience leading and mentoring traditional and digital media buyers
- Hands-on experience using MRI-Simmons or similar tools for audience insights and strategic planning
- Comfort working across both consumer and recruitment audiences
- Ability to lead media strategy discussions with client stakeholders and internal teams
- Strong experience in traditional media planning and buying across local markets
