We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join the Finance Team in London. The role involves processing invoices and payments, maintaining financial controls, and contributing to process improvements.
Requirements
- Previous experience within an accounts or finance function
- Experience working in a multi-entity environment
- Experience with SAGE X3 (desirable)
- Good knowledge of a payments environment
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Well organised with strong time management skills
- Excellent excel skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Positive and collaborative team player
- Adaptable and able to operate effectively in a fast-changing environment
