Job Description
Lowe Engineers is seeking a Parks and Recreation Facilities Associate to support the Dunwoody Parks and Recreation Department. This role involves providing facility maintenance, janitorial, and enhancement services, supervising contracted labor, and assisting with construction and project management. The position requires scheduling, reviewing plans, and maintaining safety and cleanliness.
Requirements
- Assist in the scheduling of contract staff
- Assist with the development of bid specifications and proposal review
- Review construction plans and ensure compliance with specifications
- Assist with the development and adjustment of park or facility maintenance schedules
- Inspect parks and community facilities for safety and cleanliness
- Assist in the scheduling of mopping and maintenance supplies
- Coordinate electrical, carpentry, and plumbing repairs
- Monitor the safe environment and cleanliness of assigned sites
- Assist with document preparation related to daily operations
