Loyens & Loeff is an international top Tier full-service law and tax firm with a Luxembourg office. We are seeking a Capital Markets Lawyer with a finance or business law background and several years of relevant experience in capital markets.

Requirements

• Finance or business law background
• Several years of relevant experience in capital markets, preferably in a law firm
• Fluency in English and preferably also in French
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.)
