Job Description
The Department of Teaching and Learning is seeking Fieldwork Instructors to support LMU teacher candidates in the Los Angeles Area. Fieldwork Instructors will observe, guide, and mentor Teacher Candidates, facilitating meaningful learning and supporting the learning environment.
Requirements
- Become familiar with and be able to articulate the LMU Conceptual Framework
- Observe Teacher Candidates on a continuous basis during the execution of an entire lesson
- Provide documentation on the teaching experience using the Observation Record
- Attend all informational and professional development meetings throughout each semester via Zoom
