Part Time Faculty- Mechanical Engineering

The Frank R. Seaver College of Science and Engineering at Loyola Marymount University is seeking part-time faculty instructors in the Department of Mechanical Engineering. The position involves teaching 1-2 courses in areas such as dynamical systems, manufacturing, materials, mechanical design, solid mechanics, and thermal fluid systems.

Requirements

• Prior teaching experience is preferable.
• Ability to use browser-based software services and standard classroom and office equipment.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dedicated to teaching a diverse student body in a transformative learning environment across a range of undergraduate and graduate mechanical engineering courses.
