Job Description
The Operations Superintendent is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for overall production and maintenance operations in accordance with the vision and values of the corporation. The role requires a strong focus on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement, with a proven track record in manufacturing supervision. The successful candidate will lead a team of subordinate supervisors and be responsible for manufacturing and maintenance operations, process improvement, cost reductions, and daily production and maintenance operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years' demonstrated manufacturing supervisory experience
- Associates' degree in Business, Manufacturing, Production or related field
- Bachelors' degree preferred
