Job Description
Reads work order and drawings, sets up and operates machine tools, and verifies dimensions.
Requirements
- Must be able to read and understand work orders, drawings, and other written instructions
- Must have knowledge of metal characteristics and machining methods
- Set up and operate machine shop equipment
- Observe operation of machine and follow Safety rules
- Verify dimensions using measuring instruments
