Job Description
Maintain and repair injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment, as well as perform equipment PMs and necessary documentation.
Requirements
- Must have strong mechanical aptitude.
- Must have ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics.
- Must be able to diagnose equipment issues in a timely manner and implement correct repair.
- Must have good math problem solving skills at junior high school algebra 1 level.
- Must have experience in machine repair: mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Must be a self starter with desire to improve overall company operation.
- Must have experience in plastic Injection.
- Must have lock out tag out training.
- Must have own tools.
- Basic skills: Operation/Understand/Experience with hydraulic systems.
- Basic skills: Operation/Understand/Experience with pneumatic systems and compressors.
- Basic skills: Electrical system experience, 480, 230V 3ph 220, 120V 1PH, Low voltage Blueprint & Schematic
