Job Description
As a Home Health Aide, provide services to clients in accordance with their care plan, including personal care, transportation, household care, and companionship, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must pass OSH competency exam with a score of 80% or greater
- Must have HHA certification that meets state and OSH standards
- Must have evidence of tuberculosis screening that meets CDC guidelines
- Must have a reliable form of transportation
